1. Will my personal information be shared amongst other people?

No, all information that you provide to us will be kept fully secure and no other users will be able to access it unless permission has been granted. For more information on the privacy/security of information, please refer this link of the Privacy Statement

2. How do I create a new change request and how do I tell if it will be approved?

Once you login into the admin area of the site, you will need to access the form of Creating a new Change Request which is under the Change Request tab. Here, you must enter the relevant details such as the name of the application you are creating, the date and time of the change and the reason behind the change request. In order to tell whether it will be approved or not, all of your change request information can be viewed on the Change Request tab. You will also recieve an email stating that your request is awaiting approval.

3. How long does it take to approve the change I have created?

This will depend on how big your change request will be. But on an average, the approval will take up to 3 working days. You will recieve an email stating that your change request is awaiting approval.

4. What steps are involved if I decide to update/delete a change request?

In order to update/delete a change request, click on the change request id number (this link will produce all information about the request) and on the bottom of the page, there are buttons to either update or delete. By pressing this, it will either remove the change from the table, or insert your updated details.
